Dragons, glowing pagodas and iridescent pinwheels are coming to The Fairgrounds Nashville. It's all part of China Lights, a Chinese Lantern Festival that has been bringing stunning illuminated sculptures to select venues around the world. Now it floats into Nashville for an after-sundown celebration of Asian life and culture, transforming the grounds into a magical paradise of enchanting illuminated displays. Enjoy a backstage tour of the lanterns and participate in the nightly parade. Or, simply enjoy wandering through the thrilling spectacle, which includes live performances of music, juggling and other arts, as well as the chance to purchase food and merchandise at the marketplace.
