Grammy-winning, Indie Rock artists Arcade Fire are back with their new Reflektor tour. This year’s venues are bigger, but critics say the experience just keeps getting better:
“An arena showcase is turned into an intimate living room affair.”—Consequence of Sound
“Arcade Fire proved why they're one of the most artistically and emotionally satisfying rock bands touring today.”—Rolling Stone
“One of the most dynamic acts working today”—Austin Chronicle
“Electrifying, knee-buckling”—Pitchfork
Arcade Fire has one-of-a-kind sound that blends guitar, guitar, drums, bass guitar, piano, violin, viola, cello, double bass, xylophone, glockenspiel, keyboard, synthesizer, French horn, accordion, harp mandolin and hurdy-gurdy. It’s not surprising to see frontman Win Butler, his wife Régine Chassagne, his brother Will Butler and band members Richard Reed Parry, Tim Kingsbury and Jeremy Gara to switch instruments throughout the set.
On this tour, you’ll hear Reflektor hits alongside fan-favorites including an always unforgettable Suburbs medley. Make sure to stay for the encore, which has had surprise covers of Prince, Stevie Wonder, Neil Young, The Beatles, CCR and Boyz II Men.
Fan secret: Come Dressed to impress. Last fall, the band started a recommended (not required dress code) formal dress or costumes. Sure so fans will still be in jeans, but you won’t be alone if you get a little fancy.
And now that Coachella is over you’re guaranteed to get a good value for the Arcade Fire experience.
