Legendary singer Paquita La Del Barrio became world-renowned for her stirring ranchera songs packed with themes of female empowerment. And openers Los Rieleros Del Norte have enjoyed three Mexican Grammy nominations for soulful tracks such as the 1999 hit "Te Quiero Mucho," which reached No.1 on the Billboard Latin pop chart.
