Country star Joe Nichols ("The Impossible," "Brokenheartsville") heads up a fun-filled day of kicking up your feet and throwing down beers at the Boots & Brews Festival at Plaza Park. Part of the weekend-long California Beer Festival in downtown Ventura, this laid-back family event is your chance to bring some chairs or blankets, lean back and try some tasty craft beverages from local suds-makers such as The LAB Brewing Co., Stone Brewing, Two Trees Brewing Co., and many more. There will be plenty of food for purchase as well, including Epic Tacos and lots of Texas-style barbecue.
